    Please ensure your submission adheres to the specified formatting requirements, including font size, margins, and citation style. All submissions must be original work and relevant to the conference theme. Detailed instructions are available on EasyChair to guide you through the process, from initial draft to final upload.

    Submission Guidelines

    ICTIIR 2026 invites high-quality contributions that advance knowledge, innovation, and practice across disciplines. We welcome submissions from academics, researchers, postgraduate students, practitioners and policymakers whose work aligns with the conference theme and tracks.

    Submission Criteria

    All submissions will undergo peer review and will be evaluated according to the following criteria:

    Originality and innovation

    Relevance to the conference theme and tracks

    Academic rigour and methodological quality

    Significance and contribution to knowledge or practice

    Clarity of presentation and organisation

    Potential to stimulate scholarly discussion and future research

    Each submission must include:

    Title of the submission

    Abstract

    Keywords (3–6)

    Author(s) details and affiliations

    Corresponding author contact information

    Workshop and poster submissions should additionally include a clear description of the proposed activity, intended audience, expected outcomes and relevance to the conference.

    Submission System

    All submissions must be made electronically through the EasyChair conference management system.

    Authors are encouraged to carefully review all submission information before final submission. Details entered into EasyChair, including the title, authors, abstract, and keywords, may be used in conference materials, proceedings, and indexing services.

    Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted information.

  • Important Dates

    Mark these dates to ensure your submissions and participation are on time.

    1. Submission Deadline

    All abstracts and workshop proposals must be submitted via EasyChair by 27 July 2026.

    2. Review Period

    The review process will take place from 28July 2026, during which reviewers will evaluate submissions and provide feedback.

    3. Notification of Acceptance

    Authors will be notified of acceptance decisions by 1 August 2026, allowing time for registration and final preparations.

    4. Camera-Ready Submission (Optional)

    Accepted authors must submit the final camera-ready version of their papers by 30 September 2026 to ensure inclusion in the conference proceedings.

    5. Conference date

    The hybrid International Conference on Technology, Innovation and Interdisciplinary Research will take place on the 29–30 October 2026
