  • Important Dates

    Mark these dates to ensure your submissions and participation are on time.

    1. Submission Deadline

    All papers, abstracts, posters and workshop proposals must be submitted via EasyChair by 15 April 2027.

    2. Review Period

    The review process will take place from 16 April to 30 April 2027, during which reviewers will evaluate submissions and provide feedback.

    3. Notification of Acceptance

    Authors will be notified of acceptance decisions by 1 May 2027, allowing time for registration and final preparations.

    4. Camera-Ready Submission (Optional)

    Accepted authors must submit the final camera-ready version of their papers by 17 July 2027 to ensure inclusion in the conference proceedings.
